When in San Diego, A-dub treated us to a family recipe called The Tower of Tuna, the perfect meal for a warm summer evening. Basically, you take a cup fill it with a layer of rice, a chopped mixture of avacado, onions, peppers and cilantro and top it off with raw tuna "cooked" with lime juice. Flip the cup over and wahla! Tower of Tuna. Thanks, A-dub.
