That is a Tasty Burger!
Voted by The Today Show a few years ago as "The Best Burger in America" local LA favorite restaurant Father's Office has two convenient west side locations (Culver City and Santa Monica). Topped with caramelized onions, blue cheese, Gruyere cheese and served on an oblong roll, the burger is quite tasty. I'm going to go on the record and say it is the best ever (sorry Village Idiot, really sorry 25 Degrees, sorry In and Out). Plus they serve like 20+ beers on tap and boast a great wine list too. Get a basket of sweet potato fries or shoe string potatoes that come with garlic aioli for dipping. DO NOT ask for ketchup! It is not allowed in the restaurant and anyone caught smuggling in the contra ban will be removed from the premises. So I ask you to try this meaty masterpiece for yourself and let LM know what you think.

It is a damn good burger even with the Nazi-like rules
Yeah I left out that you have to order at the bar (no wait staff). And that the owner is very ellusive (no interviews). They also have other food too, but I've never had it. Go for the burger.
Next to Apple Pan, it's my fav burger in LA. it's delicious!
although tasty as it may be...it is not my favorite...i would have to say i am not sure i get the "gourment burger" ...my tastes lean towards garbage wolfed down in the drive thru waiting for a flight

Tell me of this mysterious Apple Pan?
Also, you cannot make any substitutions. You must order the burger and other items as is.
Also, in respose to the Rev's comment I wanted to say if In and Out sold good beer on tap it would be a totally different ball game!
