National Pancake Day

I love the holidays and in case you didn't know today is National Pancake Day, as declared by The International House of Pancakes. Why it isn't International Pancake Day I do not know. Couldn't I.H.O.P. pull some strings at Pancake NATO? Anyway, you're supposed to enjoy a free stack of pancakes at IHOP and donate to The Children's Miracle Network. So in case you read this and it is too late to participate in National Pancake Day, I say we still enjoy some flap jacks, waffles, crepes, what have you and still donate to the The Children's Miracle Network until the end of February. Make Feb National Pancake Month! Happy NPD ya'll!
